Happy New Year everyone! We have a few photos of the team and our residents raising their glass to the New Year. In true tradition, we celebrated the festivities at noon, like our Australian friends, as not many residents would be up at midnight. New Year’s day was a nice day with a beautiful roast with buck fizz. A gorgeous salmon with new potatoes was served on 2nd January which our residents really enjoyed.
