WOW what a fabulous Christmas it has been at Harbour Rise! Please go and check all the lovely photos and videos so that you can get a feel of how much fun we have had! Shaun delivered the special Xmas party on 23rd December, it actually felt like Harbour Rise became like a disco with our residents dancing and twirling around! We welcomed Joy who sang Christmas Carols on 22nd, Chrissy on 21st, Amanda on 20th, Bert who came to play the violin with a special guest to join him: our very own Tracey!, Luke the harpist, our very own Erich, etc etc!!!
We gave our residents their Secret Santa presents on 24th December: each member of staff picked one of our residents’ names and bought each one of them a very personal present. There were some very special presents and some very happy residents!
Thank you to our Kitchen Staff and team for delivering a stunning Christmas dinner and Boxing Day buffet. The tables were displayed in such a way that all residents were very much included on one single table unless they specified otherwise and chose to eat their Christmas dinner with their friends. We also had the Christmas glam and got our residents’ hair and nails ready with a pamper party.
Looking back at the videos and photos, I don’t think there was anything missing! Well done to all our staff for making the whole Christmas period so enjoyable for all!
