Update on building site: we are moving our temporary kitchen into the new commercial kitchen on Monday after lunch!! This week has been a labour of love to make sure that everything is done in time. Please rest assured that all building work is made in isolation from our residents.
Our kitchen staff have all been trained on the Rational oven which is a professional steam oven that is the latest technology in Commercial kitchen equipment: it enhances flavours, cooks quicker and better. We can’t wait for things to return to normal for you to taste the food cooked in the new oven.
The next step will be to decorate the new dining room which I am hoping to go live early next month.
