Day Care at Harbour Rise is a friendly, flexible day service for older people (aged 65+) in Paignton and the Torbay area. Guests enjoy companionship, activities and home-cooked meals, while remaining independent and returning home in the evening.
What are the Day Care opening hours?
Day Care runs Monday to Saturday, 10am – 4pm. Extended days are available by arrangement, including an option to stay until 6pm with an evening meal for a small additional cost
Is transport available in the local area?
Yes. Local transport around Paignton and parts of Torbay can be provided by our dedicated Harbour Rise minibuses, subject to availability. Families are also welcome to arrange their own transport.
What activities are offered?
Guests enjoy a full programme of social activities, games and entertainment, helping to maintain life skills and quality of life. It also provides an opportunity to try new things and discover hidden talents! Our monthly activity programme is available to view here.
Is Day Care funded by Social Services?
