On Friday 27th December, we had the privilege and honour to organise a birthday party for Stan for his 100th Birthday! Stan had a great time and was surrounded by his family and our members of staff. Please read below a testimonial from Stan’s daughter-in-law:
“My father-in-law was 100 years old on 27th December. The family gathered at the home from far and wide, including New Zealand. The home allowed us to take over the dining room and accommodated the extra disruption to their normal routine and as always gave their help and support to make the occasion very special for him and his relatives. Banners, personalised bunting, champagne glasses, were provided. Staff gathered to sing Happy Birthday and unknown to us, a video was made of the birthday boy blowing his candles out whilst family and staff sang. The video has been sent to family, what a wonderful keepsake.
