Good morning on this gorgeous Friday morning! Temperatures have cooled down and thank goodness we have had a bit of rain down here, hopefully the grass will soon look green again.
This means that our lovely residents are better coping with the heat but we keep offering extra fluids to them. Did you know an ice cream actually counts as fluid? That’s your excuse now for eating ice cream and keeping hydrated! You might have noticed that we have implemented a hydration station in the main lounge a few months ago. This is a nice and easy way to keep fresh water and squash and to offer it as often as possible.
We have enjoyed a nice week and the following entertainers visited us: Amanda and Luke the harpist.
