This week, we enjoyed the visit from Hilary who is one of our relatives. Hilary volunteered to host an art workshop following our friends and family meeting in January. It was lovely to see Hilary and some of our residents draw and talk together – the main topic was washing and using a mangle! ( a wringing device for removing water from laundry – I had to check it out!!)
The theme for our activities at the moment is Easter! It is nice to see all our Easter decorations coming up everywhere! We are very much aware that Easter is a religious event for some of us and we will also accommodate religious beliefs over the Easter weekend.
