Oral Health Hygiene

One of our latest initiatives is to make Oral Health Hygiene a mandatory training. Did you know: “A person can’t have good general health without good oral health”. So on Wednesday 12 members of staff received a distance learning training in our dining room via the big digital TV. They were trained by Ingrid from the Clinical Mouth Care Training Lead – Devon & Cornwall NHS Health Education England, South West Mouth Care Matters. Our aim is to get 100% of our care staff trained. This is the third training session on oral health which we have organised recently and we are proud of it.
