On Friday 26th November we should have been holding our infamous Christmas Market. For those families and friends who don’t know, we invite people to come and sell home-made Christmas gift and take ‘a stall’. This brings a wonderful Christmassy atmosphere into the home. We normally have about 10 stalls, where our residents and friends and families can buy lovely things and get into the festive spirit. It essentially kicks off the festive period, we wash down mulled wines and mince pies and yes we sing Christmas songs too! This year, sadly we will not be able to host it. We promise to make up for it next year with an even bigger market thanks to our new dining room which will give us more space. Last year our Christmas market was so successful and well attended, we had approximately 100 people!
