Our residents have been very busy playing target game, word search games, cooking coconut macaroons and enjoying a little bit of sun. Lorna is carrying on with her craft project called “Summer Window”. Our residents have been making flower bees, lady birds and caterpillars. They are thoroughly enjoying being involved in this project.
On Thursday, our residents “in the other lounge” enjoyed watching the horse race. Joan G won “the race”. She mentioned that had she been able to put a real bid on, she would have put £50 on her horse each way and would have got us all some strawberries and cream 😊
