Kay, a friend of mine and mum of Galmpton Reception class, has crocheted 32 face mask holders. On 22nd April, we have received new guidance from Public Health England which states that “care homes now need to use a surgical mask for all direct contact provided within 2 meters of the resident whether they have any symptoms or not”. Well Kay your timing was phenomenal! Thanks so much, our carers find the face mask holders really good to use as they allow the mask not to move, nor pull on their ears. Well done!
