Harbour Rise had a great day on Wednesday 29th May when the residents and staff visited the Mill Pond in Stoke Gabriel to have some refreshments and ice creams and to go crabbing!
It was wonderful weather and the wonderful River Shack staff looked after our residents by supplying such delicious ice creams and teas and coffees.
Afterwards we took it in turns to catch crabs, it was great fun and we caught lots of them, all of them went back in the water and no one got wet.
Many thanks to Kevin, Brian, Kim and Tony the car park attendant for allowing us to get so close to the café and the water. The afternoon was so popular that we will be visiting Stoke Gabriel again very soon.
