Octoband

Following Kim’s recommendation of “Octoband”, we are pleased to announce that we have now bought one of them and the residents love using it. Octoband is very inclusive, allowing our residents to exercise standing up or from the comfort of their chair. You can add a ball to make it trickier! We have even used it with Saint Christopher’s school during our Inter Generational project.
